Stuffed Bhindi Fry/Gutti Bendakaya Kura/Stuffed Okra Recipe-Stuffed Curries
Ingredients
- 12 nos Bendakayalu/Lady fingers
- 3 sp besan/Gram Flour
- 1/2 sp Coriander Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pinch Hing/Inguva
- enough Salt
- 4 sp Oil
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry bendakayalu and trim the head and tail, then slit lengthwise & apply little salt and keep aside.
- In a small bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, hing, 1 sp oil and mix together, now stuffing is ready.
- Stuff each okra with the besan mixture and keep aside, heat remaining oil in a wide pan & place them one by one and cook on low-medium flame with cover for 1 min.
- After that remove the lid and turn them carefully and cook on all sides till done, now stuffed bhindi fry is ready, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
