Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Poha/Flattened Rice/Aval
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 sp Amchur Powder
- 1/4 sp Black Salt Powder
- enough Salt
- Oil for deep fry
- few Curry Leaves
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan for deep fry, take a sieve ladle, place some thick poha in it and deep fry on a medium flame until they become crisp and puff up.
Once done place the fried poha on a paper towel. Repeat the same with the remaining poha. Deep fry the curry leaves until crispy and keep aside. Transfer the fried poha in a mixing bowl and mix with spices and fried curry leaves. Now crispy and tasty snack roasted poha chivda is ready, store it in an airtight container and serve.
