Besan Stuffed Green Chilli Recipe/Stuffed Green Chilli Fry With Gram Flour-Stuffed Curries
Ingredients
- 6 nos Green Chillies/Big Green Chillies
- 1 small cup Besan/Senaga Pindi
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 sp Ajwain Seeds(optional)
- salt to taste
- 3-4 sp Oil
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the green chillies and slit lengthwise on one side and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain seeds and 1 sp oil & mix together, now stuffing is ready, then stuff each green chilli with the besan mixture.
- Heat remaining oil in a wide pan and place the stuffed green chillies and cook on low-medium flame with cover.
- Once done turn carefully and cook on all sides till done, now stuffed green chilli fry is ready, turn off the flame and transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
