Godhuma Rava Daddojanam/Cracked Wheat Curd Bath - Healthy Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cracked Wheat/Godhuma Rava/Wheat Suji
- 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
- 1 sp finely chopped Green Chilles
- 1 sp finely chopped Ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- few chopped Coriander Leaves
- few Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Cook wheat rava with 2 cups of water in a rice cooker, once done transfer the cooked wheat suji into a bowl & let it cool completely.
- Once cooled add curd, enough salt and mix well, if needed add little water and keep aside. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, when done add curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chillies and fry for a while.
- Then add it to wheat rava curd bath, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well. Now healthy breakfast recipe wheat rava curd/yogurt bath is ready. serve with any pickle.
