Godhuma Rava Daddojanam/Cracked Wheat Curd Bath - Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cracked Wheat/Godhuma Rava/Wheat Suji
  • 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
  • 1 sp finely chopped Green Chilles
  • 1 sp finely chopped Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • few chopped Coriander Leaves
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook wheat rava with 2 cups of water in a rice cooker, once done transfer the cooked wheat suji into a bowl & let it cool completely.
  2. Once cooled add curd, enough salt and mix well, if needed add little water and keep aside. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, when done add curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chillies and fry for a while.
  3. Then add it to wheat rava curd bath, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix everything well. Now healthy breakfast recipe wheat rava curd/yogurt bath is ready. serve with any pickle.
