- 2 sp Foxtail Millet/Korra Biyyam
- 250 ml Milk
- 10 no soaked nd peeled Badam
- small cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- few chopped dry fruits
Wash well and soak foxtail millet for 2 hours and keep aside.
Then grind them into a coarse paste along with soaked badam and little milk.
Pour milk in a non-stick pan and bring it to a boil on medium heat, once boiled add the ground paste and stir well. Stirring continuously.
The millet mixture is cooked completely then add sugar and stir, continue to cook for another couple of mins on low flame until the sugar completely dissolves in the milk mixture.
Finally add elaichi powder, chopped dry fruits and give it a good stir. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down completely. Now yummy yummy krishnashtami special recipe Foxtail Millet Badam Phirni/Korra Rice pudding is ready.
Once cooled transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
