- 4 nos Sapotalu/Chikoo Fruit
- 1 cup Milk boiled nd cooled
- 2 sp Sugar
- few Ice Cubes
- 1 sp chopped Sapota for garnish
Wash and remove the skin of chikoo properly. Cut the chikoo into half and remove the seeds from the center. Take a mixie jar add in chikoo pieces and sugar.
Now add in milk and blend it well into smooth shake. Now chikoo milkshake is ready, pour the sapota milkshake in serving glass. Garnish with chopped chikoo pieces, ice cubes and serve chilled.
