Mini Atta Biscuits / Chota Cookies / Small Round Biscuits With Wheat Flour
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour/Atta/Godhuma Pindi
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 sp Salted Butter
- 1 sp Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 sp Baking Powder
- 1/4 sp Baking Soda
- little Water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add butter and mix well, then add ground sugar and continue mixing for 2 mins until well combined. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda together over butter mixture.
- Add vanilla essence and mix well with hand, It will look like bread crumbs, then add water little by little and make a stiff dough. Now cookie dough is ready, make small balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Slightly press the cookie balls with the bottom of the steel tumbler. Then bake them in pre-heated oven for 12 mins until light brown color. Remove from baking tray and place them on a plate. Now crispy and tasty mini atta biscuits are ready.
