Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, when done add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and fry. Add in chopped onions and stir-fry until the onions become translucent. Then pour water, enough salt and bring it to a boil. Once the water starts boiling pour the bansi ravva and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame until the water is absorbed, then turn off the flame. Let it leave for 2 mins with cover. Now godhuma rava upma/bansi ravva upma is ready to serve, serve it with any pickle or chutney powder. Ingredients
