- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 11/2 sp roughly ground Black Pepper Powder
- 4 no chopped Garlic Cloves
- few Cashew Nuts
- few Curry Leaves
- 4 sp Ghee and Oil
- enough Salt
Place cooked rice in a mixing bowl and keep aside. Heat ghee and oil in a pan add cashew nuts and fry, once done, transfer to a plate.
Add curry leaves to the same pan and fry until crisp, then remove from pan and keep aside. Add chopped garlic to the same oil and fry for a min, then add curry leaves and fry
Now add in pepper powder and fry for a few secs until you get a nice aroma, then turn off the flame.
Now add fried pepper mixture, fried curry leaves, enough salt, cashew nuts and mix thoroughly.
Now pepper rice/miriyala annam/milagu sadam is ready to serve.
