- 2 no Guava
- 11/2 cup Milk Boiled nd Cooled
- 4 sp Sugar
- few Ice Cubes
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder(optional)
Wash guava well and chop into pieces, place them in a mixie jar and blend into puree. Then add sugar, milk, elaichi powder and blend it again.
Once it’s done hold a sieve over a bowl and pour the milkshake and strain it through the sieve to get rid of the hard seeds.
Now guava milkshake is ready, pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
