Trim the edges of the bread slices and tear them into small pieces, then blend the bread pieces into powder. Heat 2 sp ghee, when hot add bread powder and fry for a couple of mins on low flame. Add desiccated coconut and fry for 30 secs, then add in milk powder and stir-fry for a couple of mins, finally add sugar powder and mix well. After that remove from the heat and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add remaining warm ghee and mix thoroughly with hand, then roll the bread mixture into laddus. Now tasty and delicious bread laddus are ready to serve.
