Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Rice Flour
  • 2 sp Moong Dal
  • 1 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 sp chopped Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • enough Warm Water
  • 2 sp Oil for dough
  • 5 sp Oil for rotti frying

Instructions

Wash and soak moong dal for 15 mins and keep aside, after that drain them. In a mixing bowl add all above ingredients except water and mix together, then add enough warm water and make it a dough like chapathi dough.
