- 1 cup Rice Rava/Rice Suji/Biyyam Rava
- 1/4 cup Grated Raw Mango/Mamidi Turumu
- 1/2 sp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- Salt to taste
For Popu :
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1 sp Chana Dal
- 1 sp Urad Dal
- fistful Peanuts
- 1 pinch Hingu
- 2 Red Chillies crocked
- few Curry Leaves
- 3 sp Oil
Take 1 cup rice rave and cook with two cups of water in a rice cooker. Once done the switch automatically move to keep warm mode and let it leave for 1 min, then turn off the switch.
Remove the lid and mix well, then transfer to a mixing bowl and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and fry for 30 secs. Then add in turmeric powder, grated green mango/mamidi turumu.
Stir well and cook for a while, then add this to cooked rice rava with enough salt.
Mix everything well, now mamidikaya rava pulihora/rice rava green mango pulihora is ready to serve.
