Heat 2 sp oil in a pan when hot, add hing, chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry, add in salt, turmeric powder and fry until the onions are soft. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook. Then add in red chilli, coriander, garam masala, cumin powders and mix well. Cover and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Once done turn off the flame and allow it cool down completely. Place wheat flour in a mixing bowl add in tomato masala and mix everything well. Then add enough water and make it a soft dough, keep aside for 20 mins with cover. Knead the dough well and make equal lemon sized balls and keep aside. Dip the dough ball in dry flour and roll it into a chapathi. In the meantime, heat tawa over medium heat, add 1 sp oil on the tawa and coat the pan with oil, then place the raw roti on the hot tawa and cook both sides with oil. Make the same process with the remaining rotis. Now tomato masala paratha is ready to serve, serve it with fresh curd.Ingredients
