Wheat Flour Peanut Cookies / Eggless Peanut Cookies Recipe / Atta Peanut Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar With Ealichi
- 1/4 cup Peanut Powder
- 3 sp Ghee
- 1 sp Baking Powder
- 1/4 sp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- little Water
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Roast the peanuts until light brown color, turn off the heat and let it cool. Once cooled remove the skin and grind into a coarse powder and keep aside. Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a mixing bowl mix powdered sugar with ghee. Then add wheat flour mixture, ground peanut powder and mix together.
- Add little water and make a soft dough, then divide the dough into two parts. Sprinkle little wheat flour on a flat surface and Place the dough ball on the flour. Roll it into a thick roti and cut the rolled dough into equal pieces.
- Remove the leftover dough and make do the same or you can freeze the dough for next time. Place the cookies on a greased baking tray and bake for 12 mins. Remove the cookies from the baking tray and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Now crunchy and tasty atta peanut biscuits are ready. Store them in an airtight container.
