Wheat Flour Peanut Cookies / Eggless Peanut Cookies Recipe / Atta Peanut Biscuits

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar With Ealichi
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Powder
  • 3 sp Ghee
  • 1 sp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 sp Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • little Water
  • 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting


  1. Roast the peanuts until light brown color, turn off the heat and let it cool. Once cooled remove the skin and grind into a coarse powder and keep aside. Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix powdered sugar with ghee. Then add wheat flour mixture, ground peanut powder and mix together.
  3. Add little water and make a soft dough, then divide the dough into two parts. Sprinkle little wheat flour on a flat surface and Place the dough ball on the flour. Roll it into a thick roti and cut the rolled dough into equal pieces.
  4. Remove the leftover dough and make do the same or you can freeze the dough for next time. Place the cookies on a greased baking tray and bake for 12 mins. Remove the cookies from the baking tray and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Now crunchy and tasty atta peanut biscuits are ready. Store them in an airtight container.
