- 1 cup Green Grapes/Pachi Draksha Pallu
- 11/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 big pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp roasted Methi+Mustard Seeds Powder
- enough Salt
- 1 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- 1 pinch Hing
- 3 sp Oil
Remove the grapes from the stem, wash well and wipe them dry thoroughly and chop them into pieces.
In a mixing bowl place chopped grapes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, methi mustard seeds powder, enough salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a small frying pan add mustard seeds, hing, crocked red chilli and fry, Once done remove from the heat and allow it cool completely. Then add it to chutney and mix everything well.
Now Green Grapes chutney/Pachi Drakha Pachadi is ready. This chutney is ready to use, it keeps only three days in the refrigerator.
