Green Beans Besan Curry / Beans Senagapindi Kura / French Beans Besan Fryy
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Green Beans
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 sp grated Fresh Coconut
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 2 sp Besan/Gram Flour
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Red Chilli
- few Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Pressure cook chopped beans along with turmeric powder and enough salt, turn off the flame and allow it to cool, once cooled remove the lid and drain them.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, when done add curry leaves, chopped onion and stir-fry until soft, Then add cooked beans and mix well.
- Add red chilli powder, besan and mix everything well. Let it fry for a couple of mins until the raw smell goes off. Then add grated coconut and mix well, continue to cook for a while with cover. When done remove from the fire and transfer to a serving bowl and serve with rice.
