In a small bowl, combine custard powder, little milk and mix well. Make sure there is no lump and keep aside. Wash, peel and chop the mango into pieces. Keep aside a few mango pieces for garnish. Then transfer the remaining mango pieces in a blender and blend into a smooth puree. Boil the remaining milk for 5 mins, keep stirring occasionally, then add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins on low flame. When sugar dissolves, add the custard powder milk to the bowl slowly, keep stirring on low heat till the milk is slightly thicken. Take off the bowl from heat and transfer to a serving bowl and allow it to cool. Once cooled add mango puree and mix very well. Now yummy yummy mango custard is ready. Before serving add mango pieces, chopped dry fruits and serve.Ingredients
