Heat a pan add sago/javvarisi and dry roast for a couple of mins on low to medium heat, once done transfer the fried sago to a bowl and allow it to cool. Once cooled grind the roasted sago into a fine powder, remove it to a mixing bowl and keep aside. Blend sugar and elaichi pods together into a fine powder and then add it to sago powder. Add desiccated coconut to it and mix well, then add in melted ghee. Mix thoroughly with hand, take some amount of the mixture and make laddus with kismis.
