Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 2 sp Suji/Semolina
- 3/4 sp Garam Masala
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- enough Salt
- 1 sp Oil
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- Oil for deep fry
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
Instructions
Take a bowl place above 1 to 7 ingredients and mix together, then add enough water and make it a soft dough, cover and keep the dough aside for 30 mins, after that divide into small lemon sized balls.
Place the dough ball on a flat surface and press it into a medium sized puri, do the same with the remaining dough balls, meanwhile heat oil in a khadai.
Drop a pinch of the knead dough into the hot oil, when it is hot deep fry the puri on both sides until golden brown. Cook one at a time in hot oil.
Remove from the hot oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil, make remaining puris the same way. Now Masala Puris are ready to serve, serve immediately with any curry or chutney.
