Sprouts Uttapam/Sprouts Mini Uttapam/Thick Dosa With Molakalu-Uttapam Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Dosa Batter
- Salt to taste
- Oil for dosa frying
- 1 cup Boiled Mixed Sprouts/Molakalu
- 1 green Chillies finely chopped(optional)
- 1 sp chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions
- Wash and cook mixed sprouts with little salt on stove top until done, once done remove from the flame and drain them.
- Add in chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and mix, keep aside. Place dosa batter in a bowl add salt and mix well. Heat a non-stick dosa pan and grease it with 1 sp of oil, when the tava is hot pour a tablespoon of batter on it and spread slightly to make a small circle like pancake. Sprinkle 1sp of oil around the edges. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Then spread the mixed sprouts all over the uttapams and press it gently with spatula. Let them cook on medium flame with cover till the bottom becomes golden brown in color, then flip over and cook the other side for a few secs with 1/2 sp oil. Now sprouts mini uttapams are ready, serve hot with any chutney.
