Gobi Masala Curry/Cauliflower Gravy Curry-Side dish for Rotis
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- 1 pinch Hing/Inguva
- enough Salt
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 sp Oil
- 1 Onion roughly chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 sp chopped Ginger
- 2 Cloves/Lavangalu
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Elaichi Pod

Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower florets well and cook for 5 mins along with turmeric, little salt and then drain them & keep aside, meanwhile, combine paste ingredients & grind into a paste and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, hing and fry for a few secs then add the prepared paste to it and stir-fry for 2 mins on low flame.
- Now add cooked gobi, 1/2 cup of water, red chilli powder, enough salt and mix well, cover with a lid and cook for a couple of mins.
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, now gobi masala curry is ready to serve, serve hot with poori or chapati.
