Milk Peda With Milk Powder / Instant Kismis Peda / Doodh Peda – How to make Instant Milk Peda

1 cup Milk Powder
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 cup Sugar Powder
1 pinch Elaichi Powder
few Fresh Kismis/Raisins
3 sp Ghee
Heat ghee in a pan add cream and mix well, keep the flame on low and stir well.
Then add milk powder and mix very well, stirring continuously and cook until it becomes slightly thicken.
Now add in powdered suger, elaichi powder and mix well. Cook on low heat till the sugar dissolves, keep stirring continuously till the mixture leaves sides of the pan.
Then remove from the flame and pour onto a greased plate, allow it to cool for some time. Once cooled mix well and make small round balls and press a kismis/kishmish on top of each peda. Now yummy yummy Diwali special sweet kismis peda is ready.
