Bhindi Onion Curry/Okra Onion Stir Fry/Lady’s Finger Onion Sabji Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Lady's Finger/Bendakayalu
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- enough Salt
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli
- few Curry Leaves
- 3 sp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, bhindi pieces and stir-fry for a couple of mins on medium flame. Fry until the bhindi pieces are half cook, then add chopped onion and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder and stir, cook on low-medium flame for 5 mins with cover, keep stirring in middle. Then add salt, red chilli powder and let it fry for another 3 mins without lid, till the curry is done. Now bhindi onion fry is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with rice or roti.
