Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Milk Cream
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 sp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat a pan add fresh milk cream and stir, then add sugar, ghee and mix well.
- Stir well and cook on low flame, keep stirring for 10 mins till the white particles will turn into light golden brown and leaves the sides of the pan.
- Then remove from the flame and pour onto a greased plate and spread gently. Let it leave for some time, after that cut it into desired pieces. Now an easy and tasty mouth-watering dessert malai burfi/malai pak is ready, offer them as naivedyam to Lord Sri Krishna during krishnashtami festival.
