1 cup Fresh Milk Cream
3/4 cup Sugar
2 sp Ghee
Heat a pan add fresh milk cream and stir, then add sugar, ghee and mix well.
Stir well and cook on low flame, keep stirring for 10 mins till the white particles will turn into light golden brown and leaves the sides of the pan.
Then remove from the flame and pour onto a greased plate and spread gently. Let it leave for some time, after that cut it into desired pieces. Now an easy and tasty mouth-watering dessert malai burfi/malai pak is ready, offer them as naivedyam to Lord Sri Krishna during krishnashtami festival.
