Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • fistful Mint Leaves/Pudina
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • enough Salt
  • 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
  • 5 sp Oil

Instructions

In a mixie jar put pudina/mint leaves, green chillies and grind into a coarse paste, then keep in a mixing bowl.

Add in wheat flour, chopped onion, salt, 2 sp oil and mix well, then add enough water to it and make a soft dough, cover and keep aside for 10 mins.

After that divide the dough into 3 equal sized balls and keep aside. Place the dough ball in the plate of flour and press it lightly, then roll it into a chapati.

Fry it on a hot tawa with oil on both sides, make the same process with the remaining dough balls. Now Pudina Parathas/Mint Rotis are ready to serve, serve with fresh yogurt and dal.
