Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ragi Atta/Finger Millet Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
  • Oil for Deep Fry
  • Enough Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Combine ragi flour, wheat flour, salt and make a dough with enough water, rest the dough for 10 mins.
  2. Make small balls and roll them into puris and deep fry them in hot oil, remove on a paper.
  3. Now ragi puris are ready to serve, serve with any curry.
