Ingredients
- 1 cup Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Flour
- 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds/Nuvvulu
- 1 cup grated Jaggery
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- 4 sp Ghee
Instructions
Heat a kadai add sesame seeds and dry roast for a couple of mins on medium flame until light brown in color, then turn off the flame and allow it cool down. Once cooled blend them into powder and keep aside.
Heat ghee in a pan add ragi flour and stir-fry till you get nice aroma, turn off the flame and add in ground sesame powder.
Mix well, then add in elaichi powder and grated jaggery.
Mix it very well with your hand and take small portions of this mixture and roll them into balls. Now healthy and tasty ragi nuvvula laddus/finger millet sesame laddus are ready, store them in an airtight container.
