Ingredients

  • 1 Pocket Maggi 2 minute Noodles
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped
  • 3 sp Besan/Gram Flour
  • 1 sp Corn Flour
  • 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • little Salt
  • Oil for deep fry
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • chopped Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan and add crushed maggi, maggi masala and cook until all the water completely absorbed. Remove from the heat and transfer into a mixing bowl and leave to cool.

  3. Once cooled add above remaining ingredients (except oil)and mix very well. Now the pakoda batter is ready. Heat oil in a kadai, when hot take small portion of the maggi besan mixture and drop them in the hot oil.

  5. Deep fry them on medium heat until golden brown in color then remove from the pan and place them onto a paper towel to drain excess oil. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter. Now kids favourite recipe maggi noodles fritters/pakoda is ready, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
