Coconut Laddu / Kobbari Louz with Sugar / Kobbari Laddu – Laddu recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Fresh Coconut
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 sp Ealichi Powder(optional)
Instructions
- Grate coconut from the shell without brown skin and keep aside. Combine sugar and water in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat & bring it to a boil, once the sugar dissolves completely, then add grated coconut and mix together.
- Keep stirring till the coconut mixture is slightly thick, then remove from the flame, mash it well and allow to cool for a couple of mins. Once cooled, mix thoroughly with hand, take some amount of the coconut mixture and make into small lemon sized balls. Now coconut laddus/kobbari louz are ready, store them in an airtight container.
