Milk Chapathi Recipe/Dudh ki Roti - Kids Recipe–How to Make Milk Chapathi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi
- Milk for dough making
- enough Salt
- 1+ 4 sp Ghee
- 1 sp Wheat flour for dusting
Instructions
- Place wheat flour in a mixing bowl add salt, 1 sp ghee and mix well, then add enough milk and make a soft dough, cover and keep aside for 20 mins. After that divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
- Take one dough ball & roll it into a chapati. Then fry it on a hot tawa with ghee on both sides, make the same process with the remaining dough balls. Now milk chapatis are ready to serve. Serve with sweet curd/yogurt, jaggery or coconut milk.
