1 small cup Bajra Atta/Pearl Millet Flour/Sajja Pindi
1 small cup Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
1/4 same cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
2 sp chopped Green Chillies
2 sp finely chopped Ginger
Salt to taste
Oil for dosa frying
In a mixing bowl put all the above ingredients (except oil) and mix them together, then add enough water and mix well until a pouring consistency, now bajra rava dosa batter is ready. Let it leave for 15 mins.
Heat a non- stick tawa and grease it lightly with oil before pouring the batter, pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center, do not spread the batter. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges and pour a little oil in the holes of the dosa and cook till the base is brown.
Then fold it twice to make it quarter circle & remove from the heat, repeat the same process with the remaining batter. Now sajja pindi/pearl millet flour rava dosa is ready to serve, Bajra rava dosa is a healthy breakfast dish made with sajja atta and suji, serve hot with any chutney.
