Combine chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tamarind and cook on stove top along with 11/2 cup of water. When all the vegetables completely cook, then mash it with wooden hand masher (pappu gutti). Then add jaggery, chopped coriander leaves and mix well, heat oil in a small frying pan add popu ingredients fry, once done add it to bhindi bhaji and mix well. Continue to cook for a min, after that turn off the flame. Now okra bhaji/lady finger thick stew/bendakaya mudda pulusu is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve, it goes well with both rice and roti. Ingredients
