Endu Kobbari Burfi Recipe/Dry Coconut Burfi–How to make Dry Coconut Burfi-Burfi Recipes
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup grated dry Coconut/Endu Kobbari Turumu
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- 1 sp Ghee for greasing
Instructions
- Take two dry coconut copra and grate them into powder using a fine grater and keep aside, apply ghee to a plate and keep aside,
- Heat a khadai and add sugar, 1/2 cup of water and boil, keep stirring till the sugar completely dissolves and cook for 1 min
- Then add grated dry coconut/endu kobbari turumu, elaichi powder and cook on low-medium flame.
- Stirring continuously till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan then remove from the flame.
- Pour onto a greased plate and spread evenly, let it leave for some time and cut it into desired pieces.
- Now dry coconut burfi/endu kobbari burfi is ready, store them in an airtight container.
