Rice Flour Laddu Recipe / Chawal Ke Laddu / Rice Flour Pinni – Laddu Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice Flour/Biyyam Pindi/Chawal Ke Atta
  • 3/4 cup Sugar Powder
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 4 Ealichi Pods
  • few Raisins
  • little Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend sugar and elaichi pods together into a fine powder and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add rice flour and fry.
  2. Saute the rice flour continuously until the raw smell goes away, then add ground sugar and mix well. Add remaining ghee and mix everything well.
  3. Then transfer the rice flour mixture to a bowl and press it gently with a metal spatula and keep aside. Allow the mixture to cool for a couple of mins. Once cooled mix well with hand, if needed add a little milk. Add raisins and make laddus with the rice flour mixture. Now tasty tasty and delicious rice flour laddus are ready for Rakhi Festival.
