Rava Laddu Recipe / Semolina Laddu – How to make Suji Laddu - Laddu Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
- 1 cup Sugar
- few chopped Cashew Nuts
- few Raisins
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
- little Milk
- 2 sp Ghee
Instructions
- Heat 2 sp ghee in a pan add cashew nuts, raisins and fry, remove to a plate, then add suji/semolina and stir-fry on slow fire till it turns slightly brown then turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl.
- Add sugar, elaichi powder, fried dry fruits mix together, then add little warm milk over the rava mixture and mix thoroughly and keep aside with cover for 10 mins.
- After that mix well again and roll the mixture into laddus, now rava laddus are ready for naivedyam.
