Rava Laddu Recipe / Semolina Laddu – How to make Suji Laddu - Laddu Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • few chopped Cashew Nuts
  • few Raisins
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • little Milk
  • 2 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 sp ghee in a pan add cashew nuts, raisins and fry, remove to a plate, then add suji/semolina and stir-fry on slow fire till it turns slightly brown then turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, elaichi powder, fried dry fruits mix together, then add little warm milk over the rava mixture and mix thoroughly and keep aside with cover for 10 mins.
  3. After that mix well again and roll the mixture into laddus, now rava laddus are ready for naivedyam.
