Spicy Ragi Ambali/Spicy Finger Millet Malt-Millet Recipes-Summer Cooler
Ingredients
- 11/2 sp Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Powder
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 sp Lemon Juice
- enough Salt
- 1/2 sp chopped Ginger
- 1/2 sp chopped Green Chilli
- 2 sp chopped Corinder Leaves

Instructions
- Mix ragi flour with a little water and keep aside, boil water in a bowl, once boiled add the ragi paste and stir-cook on low flame for a couple of mins, remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Meantime, pound the paste ingredients in a pestle and mortar with adding little water, once done strain it in a tea strainer.Then add in cooked ragi java, salt, buttermilk, lemon juice and mix well. Now spicy ragi java is ready to serve, serve cool or normal.
