Mango Malai Kulfi - how to prepare Mango Malai Kulfi - easy kulfi recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 lt Whole Milk
- 1 small cup Cream
- 1 small cup Mango Puree
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- 1 sp Corn Flour
- 1 pinch Elaichi Powder(optional)
- few chopped Dry Fruits(pistas, badam)
- Kulfi Moulds, polystyrene cups
Instructions
- Boil the milk on low flame, keep stirring occasionally until it reduced to half its original quantity, then add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins, meanwhile dissolve the corn flour in little milk and keep aside.
- Now pour the corn flour milk and stir continuously, keep stirring till the milk is slightly thicken. then add cream and mix well & cook for a min on low flame, turn off the flame and leave it to cool down completely.
- Add in mango puree and blend with blender until well mixed. Then Fill into kulfi moulds, small polystyrene cups and freeze them for at least 6-8 hours or till frozen. After that mango malai kulfi is ready, before serving dip each kulfi mould in water and turnout into a serving bowl, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve immediately.
