Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Bendakayalu
  • fistful Peanuts
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 sp Besan / Gram Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean, pat dry the lady's finger and cut them into 1/2" inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a khadai and deep fry them on medium flame till they become crispy.
  3. Drain them on a paper towel and keep aside, fry the peanuts in the same oil and drain.
  4. Heat 1 sp oil in a pan add crocked red chilli, curry leaves and stir.
  5. Then add gram flour, turmeric, red chilli powder and fry for 1 or 2 mins on low flame.
  6. Now add fried okra mixture, salt and mix it all together, bhindi peanut fry is ready.
  7. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
