Bendakaya Palli Vepudu / Okra Peanut Fry / Bhindi Peanut Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Bendakayalu
- fistful Peanuts
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 sp Besan / Gram Flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Wash, clean, pat dry the lady's finger and cut them into 1/2" inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a khadai and deep fry them on medium flame till they become crispy.
- Drain them on a paper towel and keep aside, fry the peanuts in the same oil and drain.
- Heat 1 sp oil in a pan add crocked red chilli, curry leaves and stir.
- Then add gram flour, turmeric, red chilli powder and fry for 1 or 2 mins on low flame.
- Now add fried okra mixture, salt and mix it all together, bhindi peanut fry is ready.
- Remove from the flame and serve hot.
