Simple Cabbage Garlic Porial / Garlic Flavour Patta Gobhi Stir-Fry – Fry Curries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Cabbage
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Green Chillies slit lengthwise
  • 4 Garlic
  • Cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • few Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and cook cabbage along with turmeric powder and enough salt. Stirring occasionally until it is fully cooked, then remove from fire and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add garlic and fry for 10 secs, then add green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a while. Now add cooked cabbage and mix well. Stir on low flame for a couple of mins, after that remove from flame and transfer into a serving bowl. Garlic flavour cabbage curry is ready, serve with rice or roti.
