Wash and cook cabbage along with turmeric powder and enough salt. Stirring occasionally until it is fully cooked, then remove from fire and drain.
Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add garlic and fry for 10 secs, then add green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a while. Now add cooked cabbage and mix well. Stir on low flame for a couple of mins, after that remove from flame and transfer into a serving bowl. Garlic flavour cabbage curry is ready, serve with rice or roti.
