Simple Cabbage Curry Recipe / Patta Gobhi Stir-Fry / Cabbage Curry
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 1 sp Oil

Instructions
- Cook chopped cabbage in a pan with one cup of water, enough salt and turmeric powder.
- Boil the cabbage uncovered for about 10-15 mins or until soft, stirring occasionally.
- Once done, strain the cooked cabbage and keep aside to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves and stir.
- Then add cooked cabbage, red chilli powder and stir-fry for a couple of mins.
- When done turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Now simple cabbage porial is ready to serve, serve with rice or roti.
