Sweet Corn Gravy Curry / Sweet Corn Kurma / Makai Ki Sabji - Gravy Curry
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Sweet Corn
- 1/2 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 sp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- 2 sp Fresh Cream
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Green Chillies
- 4 Cashew Nuts
- 2 sp grated fresh Coconut

Instructions
- Wash and cook sweet corn with little salt, strain them and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, grind coconut, cashew nuts into a smooth paste with adding little water and remove from the jar. Grind green chillies, onion, tomatoes until smooth and set aside.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan add cumin seeds, hing and fry, then add chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste and stir for 30 secs.
- Add ground tomato paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir well, cook for a couple of mins, next add ground coconut paste and cook.
- Now add cooked sweet corn and mix well, then add in half cup of water, salt, coriander leaves, stir and cook for 1 min.
- Finely add cream, garam masala powder and mix it well, cover the pan and cook it for 2 mins on low flame, then turn off the flame.
- Now sweet corn gravy curry is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, chapathi or dosa.
