Pala Kova Recipe / Milk Kohya–How to make home made Pala kova-Festival Recipes
Ingredients
- 4 cups Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 sp Elaichi Powder (optional)
Instructions
- Take a non-stick pan add milk and bring it to a boil, once the milk starts boiling stir continuously.
- Continue to boil on low - medium, keep stirring the milk from time to time to prevent sticking to the pan.
- Once the milk reduced to 3/4th of original quantity, in this stage add sugar and mix well and cook it for another 5 mins.
- Lastly transfer it into a greased plate and allow it cool. Now Diwali sweet home made pala kova is ready.
