Finger Millet Suji Flaxseeds Laddu/Ragi Semolina Avise Ginjalu Laddu-Laddu Recipes
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ragi Pindi / Finger Millet Flour
- 3/4 cup Suji / Semolina
- 3/4 cup Flaxseeds
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 3 Elaichi Pods
Instructions
- Heat a pan add flaxseeds and dry roast them in medium heat with continuous stirring till they start spluttering, then remove from the pan.
- Let it cool for some time and grind into a smooth powder, grind sugar also into a smooth powder along with elaichi.
- Add semolina/rava to same pan and fry with 1 sp ghee, stir it occasionally until it comes good aroma and remove to a mixing bowl.
- Add ragi flour to the pan along with 2 sp of ghee and roast it for 10 mins on low flame until the rawness removed, then add it to mixing bowl.
- Now add ground sugar, flaxseeds powder to them and mix very well, heat remaining ghee and pour over it and mix them with melted ghee.
- Take small amount of the mixture and roll into lime size ball, do the same with remaining mixture.
- Ragi suji flaxseeds ladoos are ready, its very healthy and high protien.
