Tomato Curry Recipe / Tomato Onion Curry / Tomato Kura
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 Onions chopped lengthwise
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Chana Dal
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Wash and chop tomatoes into small pieces and keep aside. Heat oil in pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and fry for a while.
- Then add chopped onion and mix well. Sprinkle little salt and cook until the onions are translucent then add ginger garlic paste and stir.
- Fry it unti the raw smell goes, then add in chopped tomatoes and mix well. Now add turmeric power, salt, red chilli powder and mix it well.
- Cover and cook until the whole curry is done. Finally add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well. Now tomato onion curry is ready, serve with rice and rotis.
