Upma Recipe / Semolina Upma / Suji Upma Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bombay Rava/Suji
- 2 sp chopped Green Chillies
- 2 sp chopped Ginger
- 21/2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Chana Dal
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 5 sp Oil
- 1 sp Ghee

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a while, then add water and salt.
- Once the water starts boiling pour semolina and mix well. Cook it on low flame with cover, until all the water absorbs, then add 1 sp ghee and mix well.
- Turn of the heat and let it leave for a couple of mins with cover. After that transfer into a serving bowl, now upma is ready, serve with chutney or chutney powder.
