Anjeer Kulfi / Dried Figs Kulfi - how to make Anjeer Kulfi - easy kulfi recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 lt Milk
- 5 no Anjeer/Dry Figs
- small cup Cream
- small cup Milk Powder
- small cup Sugar
- 1/2 sp Elaichi Powder
Instructions
- Wash and soak anjeer/dry figs in 1/2 cup of water and keep aside, boil milk in a vessel on low flame, keep stirring occasionally until it reduced to half its original quantity, add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins, then add cream, mix well & cook for a min on low flame.
- Add milk powder and mix well, simmer for a min then turn off the flame and allow it to cool. In the meantime, grind the soaked anjeer into a smooth paste and add it to milk mixture and mix well.
- Add elaichi powder and blend with blender until well mixed. Then fill into kulfi moulds and freeze them for at least 6-8 hours or till frozen. After that mouthwatering dessert anjeer kulfi is ready, before serving dip each kulfi mould in water and turnout into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
