Mudi Chintakaya Ullipaya Pachadi / Raw Tamarind Onion Chutney - Chutney Recipes
Ingredients
- 2 sp Mudi Chintakaya Thokku/Raw Tamarind Pickle
- 1 Onion roughly chopped
- 7-8 Green Chillies
- little Salt
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1 pinch Hing
- few Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil

Instructions
- Grind the raw tamarind pickle, green chillies with little salt to a coarse paste, do not grind it to fine paste, if needed add a little water.
- Then add in chopped onion and blend slightly. Once done transfer it to a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, then add curry leaves and stir, after that pour the fried popu over the ground chutney and mix well. Now chintakaya ullipaya pachadi is ready, can be serve with steamed white rice and ghee.
