Boiled Aloo Fry/Cooked Bangaladumpa Vepudu-how to make Boiled Potato Fry
Ingredients
- 2 no Potatoes
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
- few Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cut into medium size pieces and cook.
- When done strain the boiled pieces and remove the skin.
- Just wrap them in a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Heat oil in a pan, when hot then deep fry the cooked aloo pieces.
- Remove the pieces from the pan and place them on a paper towel.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, fried curry leaves and mix well.
- Now bangaladuma vepudu is ready to serve, serve with sambar.
