Boiled Aloo Fry/Cooked Bangaladumpa Vepudu-how to make Boiled Potato Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 no Potatoes
  • 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • few Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into medium size pieces and cook.
  2. When done strain the boiled pieces and remove the skin.
  3. Just wrap them in a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, when hot then deep fry the cooked aloo pieces.
  5. Remove the pieces from the pan and place them on a paper towel.
  6. Now add salt, red chilli powder, fried curry leaves and mix well.
  7. Now bangaladuma vepudu is ready to serve, serve with sambar.
