Matka Custard Kulif - how to prepare Matka Custard Powder Kulfi - easy kulfi recipes
Ingredients
- 1/2 lt Whole Milk
- 1 small cup Cream
- 2 sp Custard Powder
- 1 sp Vanilla Essence
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- few chopped Dry Fruits(pistas, badam)
- Kulfi Pots
- Few Saffron Threads
- few Rose Petals

Instructions
- Boil the milk for 5 mins, keep stirring occasionally, then add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins on low flame, meanwhile, in a small bowl add custard powder, vanilla essence and mix in little milk without lumps and keep aside.
- When sugar dissolves, add the custard powder milk to the pan slowly, keep stirring on low heat till the milk is slightly thicken. then add cream and mix well & cook for a min, turn off the flame and leave it to cool down completely. Afterwards blend the milk mixture until well mixed.
- Now add in chopped dry fruits and mix well, then fill into kulfi pots, sprinkle some chopped dry fruits on them and cover the mouths. Keep the pots in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours or till frozen. After that matka custard kulfi is ready, garnish with saffron threads, rose petals and serve immediately.
